Doing Business in South East Europe: The first regional and subnational Doing Business report in South East Europe covers 22 cities from the region. Cities can be compared against each other and with 178 economies around the world. Four Doing Business topics are covered: starting a business, dealing with licenses, registering property, and enforcing contracts. The report shows how cities can improve their business environments by adopting best practices.

Doing Business in the Philippines: This report compares business regulations across 21 Philippine cities in three key areas: starting a business, dealing with licenses, and registering property. These indicators cover areas of local jurisdiction or practice. Doing Business in the Philippines 2008 shows that differences in regulations and practices -- or in the implementation of national-level regulations -- can enhance or constrain local business activity.
